Shipping Policy – Mount Global

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through the Mount Global website. We are committed to delivering your hair accessories in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes (Domestic)

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery.

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹599. The Express Shipping fee remains applicable even if the order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (metro, urban, or remote) and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS that includes your tracking number and a link to track your order with the courier partner. You can track the live status of your shipment using the provided details.

5. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

Public Holidays and Weekends: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays. This should be taken into account when calculating delivery timelines.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays may occur due to festivals, adverse weather conditions, political crises, or other external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Inaccurate/Incomplete Information: If the address or contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete, order processing and delivery may be significantly delayed. Please ensure all details are accurate at checkout.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer unavailability, or if the parcel is rejected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping charge of minimum ₹100-200 to resend the order. No refund will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All claims for transit damage or product shortages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as mandatory proof. If your package is lost in transit (tracking status shows no movement for a prolonged period), we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. A replacement or refund will be processed only after the courier company officially confirms the package as lost.
